If you need to return a faulty item please do not hesitate to contact us, we will refund or replace it. returns for wrong or broken products will be honored for the first 15 days after buyer receives product. photo evidence of incorrect product or broken product must be sent by email to info@printyoursolution.com within 15 days of receiving the product for this to be valid.
all refunds will be direct debit.
if there are items in your order that are out of stock they will either be refunded or you will need to wait for products to be restocked. If this occurs you will be contacted for instructions on which you would prefer.
we also plan to add replacement and upgrade parts to our shop so that our customers can make the most of their printers instead of buying a new one when they are worn or superseded.
